Northern Earthworks & Foundations Corp. (“the Corporation”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us by our clients, personnel, and site visitors. This policy describes the personal information we collect, how it is used, and the safeguards we apply, consistent with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, including Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Information we collect

We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to conduct our business: contact details submitted through this website, information provided in the course of tendering and contracting, information required for personnel administration, and technical information (IP address, browser type) automatically logged by our web infrastructure for security purposes.

Use and disclosure

Personal information is used to respond to enquiries, to administer contracts, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to support the safe operation of our sites. We do not sell personal information. Disclosure to third parties is limited to service providers bound by confidentiality obligations and to circumstances required by law.
